My Name is Evan Herrman a real estate agent with Ariston Realty. I got my real estate licenses in 2013 and my broker’s/associate’s license in 2021.  When it comes to selling real estate I like to work with clients who want to complete the transaction process the correct way and desire to have open and honest communication. Real estate has thought me that in order to succeed in this industry I have to be a problem solver whether it is mine to solve or not.  I like to structure deals that are a win, win, win. That means that it’s a win for all parties involved.  I take pride in understanding my client’s wants and needs and walking through the process with them on both buying and selling.  As your agent, your privacy and protection and getting the deal done are at the top of my list of importance. While there are industry standard tools for marketing I also go beyond the “NORMAL”  and do the things that it takes to STAND OUT.
